Aloe Vera is a very special cactus that has a whole load of health benefits. Mostly it is used for skin, to hydrate and is amazing at healing sunburns. However, people are starting to see results using it to stimulate hair growth in both men and women.

Another neat thing about Aloe Vera is it is easy to grow. In fact you can grow it indoors in almost any climate around the world. So you can grow your own Aloe Vera and prepare your own gels and serums for your home healthcare needs!

Aloe Vera cactus plants are easy to grow inside.

Benefits: Aloe Vera has anti-inflammatory, anti-septic, anti-bacterial properties and contains minerals, vitamins, lipids, amino acids and anti-fungal ingredients. It is great at hydrating and increasing circulation which promotes hair growth. Did we mention it is all natural? I guess that part was obvious.
